"We had a very good test day on Wednesday with a lot of laps achieved. We managed to finish our aerodynamic testing programme. Consistent driving was difficult as the track was dirty and the grip level was low. With only one car it takes a long time to clean the track surface but the car nevertheless felt good to drive."

"My shoulder is now back in perfect working condition after resting well after the European GP. We managed to complete many laps over the two days. We worked on aerodynamics and mechanical items as well as some suspension and electronics work which improved the overall handling of the car. It was generally a productive two days with everyone working hard in hot conditions."

The team's next destination is Silverstone for next week's British Grand Prix - round 10 of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship and Allan McNish's home race.
