- The requirements depend on the category you are applying for:
Cool Category
- -Clear English and strong presentation skills.

Hot Category
- -Strong presentation skills as a passionate 'nonverbal' communicator.

- Do I have to pay to apply?
- Applicants will not be asked to pay any fees such as examination or admission fees for this campaign from our side. Please beware of scammers and underhanded dealings.
- Does the campaign cover all travel expenses?
- Each successful applicant will receive economy class airfare from an airport near his/her home to the race venue, transportation fee within France (train/car), and accommodation costs for a hotel near the race venue.
You are required to pay the round-trip fare from your home to the airport of departure, expenses related to travel procedures (e.g., fees to obtain a visa, fees for overseas travelers' personal accident insurance (optional), telephone and communication charges, excess baggage charges, personal expenses at the destination, cost of food, and room service at your hotel).
- Do I get any sort of cash reward when I pass the audition?
- No, you will not receive any cash reward. The prize is solely limited to an invitation to Le Mans and partial payment of your travel expenses.
- Do I sign a contract of employment with TOYOTA when I win?
- The aim of this campaign is to invite selected participants to watch the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race. There will be no labor contracts with Toyota-related enterprises.
- Can insiders take part in the campaign?
- Employees of TOYOTA-related enterprises and other persons involved in the operation of this campaign cannot apply.
- Do I need a passport to apply?
- You will need a valid passport to travel to Le Mans, unless you live in France.
- Can I apply more than one time?
- No, you can only send in one application. You may be penalized in the evaluation if we discover that you have sent in multiple applications.
- Can I submit an application form via my mobile device?
- You can apply with a mobile device, but application by PC is recommended. The entry form is optimized for PCs.
- Do I have to follow TOYOTA-Global Google+ page?
- No, you do not need to follow TOYOTA-Global page on Google+. That being said, we strongly recommend that you follow us to get regular updates.
- Could you describe the evaluation process?
- First we examine your application documents and select a small group of persons to advance to the secondary screening, the open-interviews online. Then we make the final decision.
- How will the winners be announced?
- Applicants who pass the 1st round selection and are selected to proceed to the final interview will be informed by email by March 8. The winners of final interview will be announced just after the end of the interview session.
*Note that only qualifiers will receive email. Other applicants will receive no results or feedback.
- Who are the judges?
- The 1st round selection will be conducted by a special secretariat team. Next, staff from TOYOTA Racing are standing by for the interview stage. Please visit /archive/ms/en/wec/lemans/joinlemans2013/#Interviewers to check who's attending!
- Do I need a good knowledge on cars and motor sports?
- Yes, if possible. If you are applying for the COOL category, decent knowledge about cars and Le Mans is mandatory.
- What are the key criteria for success?
- The evaluation will be based on many factors such as knowledge about cars/racing, how passionate you are, how influential you are in your community, and so on. This is all we are prepared to tell you. We will never disclose the criteria in detail.

- Do I have to have a webcam for applying?
- Yes, you must have one installed when you proceed to the interview stage!
- How many times will I be interviewed?
- Just once for each candidate chosen to proceed to the interview stage.
- Do you have any gender limitation for applying?
- No, we accept both male and female applicants. Feel free to submit the form!
- Do you have any limitation on nationality?
- No, there's no limitation on nationality.
- Do you have a limitation on age?
- No, there's no limitation on age.
- How do you store and keep my personal information?
- Personal information you submit via the application form will be stored and kept by entrusted and certified companies in Japan. The usage of stored information is limited to requisite minimum use.
- What happens to my personal information when the campaign is over?
- After completing this campaign all the personal information we stored will be deleted and wiped.
- How important are my English skills?
- All procedures will be handled in English. This includes the applications, all correspondence with the applicants, and the open interviews. Therefore, all applicants must be good communicators in English.

- How can I check if my campaign application has been successfully submitted via the website?

- There are two categories for this application, the Cool category and Hot category.The Cool category is for persons who have good knowledge about hybrid technology, Le Mans, and motorsport in general and can make logical and analytical reports.The Hot category, just the opposite, is for persons who can support the team enthusiastically and liven up the fans watching the team.You can select the category best for you.

- Are my application details and private information (name, online name, and photograph) open to the public?
- Only if you advance to the secondary screening (open interview). The names, online names, and profile photographs of second-screening candidates may be used for TOYOTA's PR activities related to this campaign. Second-screening candidates may also be asked to appear on promotional programs.
