■ About applying
- Applicants must have a registered Google+ account in order to apply.
- Applicants must be ready and able to join Google+ Hangouts (video chats) with their own web camera on March 18, the date scheduled for the open interviews.
- A personal computer, web camera, and related peripherals are required for application. Applicants are expected to prepare all necessary materials for the interviews by themselves.
- Selected applicants will be required to travel to France from their country by themselves. Tickets will be arranged and provided, but a tour conductor will not be accompanied with you.
- Applications are only accepted via this site. Applications by mail or telephone will not be accepted.
- All procedures will be handled in English. This includes the applications, all correspondence with the applicants and the open interviews. Therefore, all applicants must be good communicators in English.
- An application will not be accepted if any of the conditions described on this page are not met or if any information is false, incorrect, or omitted.
- Employees of Toyota-related enterprises and other persons involved in the operation of this campaign cannot apply.
- Applicants will not be asked to pay any fees such as examination or admission fees for this campaign from our side. Please beware of scammers and underhanded dealings.
- These rules and this application form are subject to change during the campaign. Be sure to confirm the latest information when you apply.
■ About the screening
- The secondary screening (open interviews) will be streamed online via USTREAM. Archive images will be published later on Toyota-related sites.
- If you advance to the secondary screening (the open interview), note that your name and profile photographs may be used for Toyota's PR activities for this campaign. You may also be asked to make a personal appearance on a campaign program.
- If you pass the primary screening (Web application via this site), the campaign secretariat will notify you by sending a message to the email address or Google+ account specified in your application. Notifications will not be sent out by other methods.
- To correspond with the secretariat by email, please make sure that email with the following domain can be received.

- If you pass the primary screening, the secretariat will inform you of the results and details of the secondary screening by March 8. (Applicants who do not pass the primary screening will receive no message.)
- If you pass the primary screening, you must reply to the secretariat's notification within 48 hours. If the secretariat receives no reply from you within 48 hours, you will lose your eligibility to take part in the second screening.
- Applicants will bear all communication charges incurred for the application process, the open interviews, and any inquiries.
- Note that no inquiries about the results of the screening process will be accepted.

■ Prohibited words and deeds during the open interviews
- Words or deeds that infringe or may infringe on the copyrights or other rights of other applicants, viewers, third parties, or our company
- Words or deeds that trespass or may trespass on the property or privacy of other applicants, viewers, third parties, or our company
- Words or deeds that cause or may cause disadvantages or damage to other applicants, viewers, third parties, or our company
- Words or deeds contrary to public order and morality
- Words or deeds that constitute or are very likely to constitute crimes
- Words or deeds involving illegal acts or unlawful activities such as pyramid investment schemes
- Words or deeds involving political/religious activities
- Words or deeds that may violate or contravene laws, statutes, ordinances, etc.
- Words or deeds containing confidential information such as passwords and ID numbers
- Words or deeds that provide or may provide intentionally false information
■ Points to note for applicants selected to join the team as winners
- Your right as a winner cannot be transferred to a third party, exchanged for or converted into cash, or returned.
- The secretariat may request a selected applicant to make announcements on the race and team activities in the weeks leading up to the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race (you may be asked to report on the progress of this campaign through your own social media account)
- The aim of this campaign is to invite selected participants to watch the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race. There will be no labor contracts with Toyota-related enterprises.
■ Points to note about traveling to the destination to watch the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race
- Each successful applicant will receive an economy class ticket from an airport near his/her home to the race venue, transportation within France (train/car), and accommodation for a hotel near the race venue.
- You cannot specify an airline or hotel.
- You are required to pay the round-trip fare from your home to the airport of departure, expenses related to travel procedures (e.g., fees to obtain a visa, fees for overseas travelers' personal accident insurance (optional), telephone and communication charges, excess baggage charges, personal expenses at the destination, cost of food, and room service at your hotel).
- A visa may be required to enter France. Please check with the immigration service offices of your country and the French Consulate to ascertain the correct visa procedures for persons of your nationality. It is your responsibility to check if your present passport is valid for this travel or to obtain new one if necessary.
- We are not responsible if you are robbed or injured during your trip. Please watch your belongings carefully and take out proper travel insurance (highly recommended).
- If it becomes difficult to hold the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race due to a natural disaster or other reasons, this campaign tour may be cancelled.
- If you have any inquiries or questions about your trip to France once you are selected, please contact the travel agency in charge.
■ About this Campaign
- This campaign may be completely or partially stopped for any of the following reasons.
1. To maintain or check the equipment or systems provided for campaign implementation.
2. When a natural disaster or system failure makes it difficult to hold the campaign.
■ Governing law and agreement jurisdiction
- The governing law of these rules shall be Japanese law.
- If any dispute arises with regard to these rules, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this agreement as the court of the first instance.
