Note: This tour is for owners of a GR YARIS or GR COROLLA.
Please note that only owners of the aforementioned vehicles can participate. No exceptions will be made.

The following individuals are not permitted to join the tour.
- ・Children who are in the fourth grade of elementary school or younger
- ・Minors who are not accompanied by a guardian
- ・Children for whom guardians are unable to apply (because it may be necessary to contact guardians in advance or on the day of the tour)
- ・People wearing high heels that are 5 cm or taller, or shoes with exposed toes or heels (sandals, etc.)
- ・People wearing skirts or shorts
(Some areas of the tour are not barrier-free (not accessible to people with physical disabilities). If you use a wheelchair, cane or crutches, please contact our office in advance.)
Please refrain from engaging in the following behavior and requests.
- ・Taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings on the factory grounds
- ・Bringing electronic devices such as Wi-Fi routers, data communication devices (DS, PSP, etc.), and watches with communication functions on the factory grounds (we ask that you turn off the power or Wi-Fi communication on these devices)
- ・Eating, drinking and smoking on the factory grounds
- ・Requesting pickup service from Toyota
- ・Requesting different tour hours (tour hours are set to times when tour facilities are in operation)
Failure to comply with the above rules may result in having your tour canceled and having applications for future visits refused.
We may cancel or change the tour date in cases such as the following. Please note that the visit locations may also change.
- ・If factory operation is suspended due to a natural disaster, etc. (Examples) Heavy rain, strong wind, earthquakes, snow, etc.
- ・If you are unable to arrive at the factory by the start time of the tour
- ・If there are changes in the production plans for production models
We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to health issues during the tour, or due to the negligence or carelessness of the participants. Thank you for your understanding.

After passing the clocktower, turn left just before the parking garage.
The building behind the clocktower is the Kosei Center of Motomachi Plant.


Although the parking lot has spots displayed as designated parking only, you can park anywhere.

A Children can be brought on the tour. However, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Furthermore, children must be in 5th grade of elementary school or older for safety reasons.

Yes. For safety in the factory, please comply with the following rules for clothing and personal items.

A Yes, we have a parking lot. Please note that Toyota Motor Corporation assumes absolutely no responsibility for any accidents that occur in the parking lot.

A Currently, only Japanese is available.
Please bring someone who can translate for you if you do not speak Japanese.

A No, there are no eating areas, kiosks, or restaurants.
- Q When can I make reservations?

A From the 1st of the month that is two months prior to your desired tour date. However, if the 1st of the month is a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-operating day for the factory, you can make reservations from the next operating day.
Please note that the scheduled date may change due to unavoidable circumstances, and that tour dates may be added irregularly.
- Q What is the latest I can apply for a tour? Until when can I make changes?

A You can apply for and change reservations up to one week before the tour date. For any changes after that time, please contact the factory office directly.

A There is no waiting list available.
- Q Can a single person apply multiple times?

A We want to allow as many different people as possible to tour our factory. Therefore, we give priority to first-time visitors.
