How to keep the team in one direction with several nationalities involved. The team work is a must for victories?

The name of the game is team work definitely. We can only produce good results when we have unified approach, and it is one of my job to keep the team in one direction, that does not matter with which countries they come from. Every one wants the same thing, everyone works so hard to achieve the common target. We have over 20 different nationalities working here but we have one aim. Important thing is we win together and we lose together. Drivers also play very important role too, they should motivate the team. My job to keep the team intact, unified, and this is before we are thinking about wins!

How is the atmosphere of the team now? After such a good season in 2005?

It is a very hard working environment so when you produce good results which does make us forget how hard it is....it is not only long working hours, but you are so much time away from your family, of course no weekends at home. It is a vert stressful job. The result of 2005 gives a boost to the team, and naturally everyone wants to go forward even more. It is not easy to forget how good it feels to be on the podium. Once tested you want to taste more, and more.

What is your wish for 2006?

We want to win races. TMC have been supporting us for so long, this is the least we have to do. We finished the last season in 4th position, which was the best result up till now. We would like to keep the momentum this year, which may not be easy. However the engine rule has changes and we are on Bridgestones, so there is a chance.

Lastly, can we have a message for the fans visiting the official Panasonic Toyota Racing website?

Our objective is to become World Champion, so in order to reach that we will take appropriates step, so I would like you to watch our every step.
