“The Japanese GP at Suzuka is our home country race. We definitely want to record our best showing in front of our cheering home fans.
I will be the first to admit that over the last three years, our team capabilities and cars have not been up to the task. We have not been able to put a race together that meets our expectations and those of our fans. But I can assure you that our team has made amazing progress this year. Off to a good start, we have continued to elevate the performance of the TF105, and we are determined to make Suzuka our best race yet.
We will be saying goodbye to our V10 engine at the end of the year. Over the past four seasons it has been the elite of the F1 series. We hope you get the same thrill that we do when you experience the power and sound of the Panasonic Toyota Racing V10 engine in person.
We sincerely hope you come out to the race and fight together with us at Suzuka.”
